ORDERS & RETURNS
- In Stock - these items will usually be despatched the same day provided the order is placed before 12pm and payment and security checks have been completed.
- Available - these items are not held in stock at our warehouse, but are in stock with our supplier. Depending on the nature of the items on your order, we will either ship the items direct from our supplier’s warehouse or receive this stock from our supplier and then ship from our warehouse.
- Pre-Order - these items are new products which have not yet been released by the manufacturer, but are due to be shortly and we are giving you the opportunity to order the item in advance.
Please note you may receive your delivery in multiple shipments and from different couriers, depending how the order is shipped.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard Debit, Mastercard Credit, Maestro and American Express cards
- Apple Pay and Android Pay
- Faster Payment Bank Transfer
- FREE Delivery - where available, your order will be shipped within 5 days from date of your order.
- Standard Delivery - your order will be shipped within 1-2 days using a standard 2-3 day delivery service, either by Royal Mail 48 hour service or another courier depending on the nature of the item.
- Express Delivery - your order will be shipped on the same day using an express 1-2 days delivery service, either by Royal Mail 24 hour service or another courier.
The amount we charge for delivery is dependant on the weight, size and value of the item being ordered together with the location of the delivery address. With prices starting from just 99p we only charge you what it costs us to ship the item. The price to be charged will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, together with the delivery services that are available to choose from.
If you need to return an item for repair/replacement you must notify us using the Contact Us form on our website, quoting the order number, item details and information about the fault. Once we have verified your request we will either arrange for the item to be returned to ourselves for repair/replacement or provide you with contact details for the manufacturer/service agent who will be responsible for repairing the item under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
If you need to return an item for replacement or refund because the item is not as described then you must inform us using the Contact Us form on our website, quoting the order number, item details and the reason for wishing to return the item. Once we have verified your request we will issue a Return Order number and arrange for the item to be returned to us at our expense. Upon receipt of the item we will issue a replacement or full refund within 7 days.
If you wish to return items to us rather than use our own return service then this will be at your own expense. We may at our discretion provide you with a refund towards the cost of returning the item to us to a maximum value of £4.00. You must be able to provide us with a copy of the receipt as proof of the carriage costs paid.
